Tequila Smith

Tequila Smith is the Executive Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer for Reworld™, leading initiatives focused on sustainability and corporate social responsibility. With over twenty-five years of experience in the energy and utility sectors, they have held senior positions at Southern Company, Alabama Power, and Georgia Power, including Vice President of Sustainability at Georgia Power. Tequila is also a member of the Board of Directors for Sunbelt Solomon and an advisory board member for Stonehenge Capital Community Development. They hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and an MA in Communication Studies from the University of Alabama, and have received numerous accolades for their contributions to social justice and sustainability.
