Beck Spears

Beck Spears is an experienced revenue and philanthropy architect with over two decades of leadership in various roles within the banking and education sectors. They currently serve as the Vice President of Philanthropy and Impact Partnerships at Rewriting the Code and hold the position of Executive Director & Assistant Dean of Development at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Beck's previous experience includes roles such as Director of Development & Alumni Relations at Michigan State University and Director of Financial Affairs at Purdue University. They began their career with Capital City Bank Group, Inc. and have held several positions in various financial institutions throughout their career. Beck is currently pursuing their education at the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
