Ruaa Abushareefh

Ruaa Abushareefh is a driven individual with a strong background in technology and leadership. Currently a member of Rewriting the Code, Ruaa's previous experience includes serving as a Machine Learning Engineer at WestEd and President of Google Developer Student Clubs, where significant achievements included organizing a major hackathon with substantial sponsorship and participation. As Vice President of the DVC Math Club, Ruaa led the team to victory in the AMATYC National Math Competition. Other roles include tutoring mathematics at Diablo Valley College, interning at Diversity by Doing HealthTech, and gaining experience at companies like Lumira Solutions and Sumeru Equity Partners. Ruaa is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Data Science at the University of California, Berkeley, following an educational journey that includes Diablo Valley College and Berkeley High School.
