Declan Bergen has extensive experience in corrections, program analysis, and account management across various organizations. Starting as a Probation and Parole Officer at Loudoun Community Corrections and the Virginia Department of Corrections, Bergen managed offender monitoring, conducted drug screenings, and prepared violation reports. Transitioning into a consulting role at Integrity Consulting, expertise in visa regulations for the Student Exchange Visitor Program was developed. Subsequent positions at Carahsoft, KnowBe4, and Engineering, Software and Network Services (ESNS) involved account representation and analysis, demonstrating strong knowledge of federal regulations and immigration processes.
