Mark Bronstein

Mark Bronstein has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades in various financial and managerial roles. Mark started their career as a Store Manager at Jet Photo in 1984 and later became an Accounting Manager at Tech/Ops Sevcon, Inc. in 1988. Mark then worked at Tofias PC as an Audit Manager from 1997 to 2005. Following this, they served as an Assistant Controller at Brady People ID from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Audit Manager at CBIZ. Subsequently, they held the position of Financial Consultant at WSP - Flack and Kurtz for a brief period in 2009. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Rex Lumber Company, a role they have held since December 2009.

Mark Bronstein has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Mark also holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business.

Rex Lumber Company is one of the largest wholesale tropical and domestic hardwood distributors and custom moulding manufacturers on the eastern seaboard. In business for over 65 years, Rex Lumber Company services woodworkers, retailers, store fixture manufacturers and other companies throughout North America that use hardwood lumber and mouldings in their manufacturing processes. Three Generations of Quality & Service Rex Lumber Company employs over 200 people, but has been able to maintain a family-like atmosphere in spite of its growth. The combination of our dedicated employees, a long list of reliable suppliers of high quality lumber, and our loyal customers has enabled Rex Lumber Company to become one of the premier hardwood and softwood moulding and lumber distributors in the country. Since our start in 1946, we have only purchased lumber from sawmills that we feel harvest lumber using sound forestry practices. We have not and will not purchase lumber from any source that has been involved in any improper practices, and we have been FSC® Certified since 2001.
