Allen Tam, PharmD, is a Clinical Pharmacist currently associated with multiple organizations, including Kitchener Downtown Community Health Centre, Faircare & CDE Pharmacy, Breslau Pharmacy & Wellness Centre, and Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd., all since 2021. Allen has also served as a Teaching Assistant and Lecturer at the University of Waterloo for various courses related to patient care and geriatric care.
