Caroline Becker

Caroline Becker is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Since November 2017, Caroline has served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Rexel USA, after roles as SVP of Human Resources and HR Director. Prior experience includes HR Director at Cedar Sinai Park, where Caroline managed human resource operations for a non-profit care community, overseeing 400 employees. Previously, as People & Performance Manager for Icebreaker, Caroline coordinated HR initiatives for North America, and as Senior HR Business Partner at Columbia Sportswear, Caroline supported HR solutions for 360 employees. Additional roles include Human Resources Manager at Ann Sacks - Kohler Company and Infinity Internet. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies and Human Resource Management from the University of Southern Queensland and has continued professional development at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
