Charissa Krumenacker

Charissa Krumenacker, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the Mayer Region at Rexel USA, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Charissa worked at Mayer from March 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Director of Human Resources and HR Business Partner. A solid background in human resources spans several organizations, including The Hite Company as Director of Human Resources & Training, and L.R. Kimball, where Charissa was a Senior Human Resources Generalist for over 15 years. Earlier experience includes HR roles at The United Federal Credit Union, The Pottsville Hospital and Warne Clinic, and J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital. Charissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Juniata College and has extensive expertise in employee benefits administration, HR system management, compliance reporting, and strategic HR planning.
