Felicity Celentano has over 25 years of experience in IT management and data analytics. Felicity began their career at GE Supply as an IT Manager, where they oversaw ERP production support, user training, help desk operations, data warehouse management, and sales and marketing applications. In 2006, they joined Rexel USA as an IT Director, leading a team of 20+ employees and managing various IT functions related to sales and marketing, customer and supplier eCommerce, EDI/B2B, CRM, and HR systems. During their tenure at Rexel USA, they successfully implemented Salesforce CRM and played a key role in driving sales automation.
