Justin Stradley

Justin Stradley currently serves as the Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy at Rexel USA, having joined in October 2023. Prior to this role, Justin was with Mayer from August 2016 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing operations for a Joint Venture focused on Integrated Supply for Utility providers and engaging with executive leadership on customer relations and strategic initiatives. Previous experience includes roles at National Oilwell Varco as a Project Engineer and Next Generation Program Engineer, where product development and safety procedures were key focuses. Justin's earlier career included internships at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where technical programming and experimental design were applied, and Rhodes College, where teaching and research in physics were emphasized. Justin holds an MBA in Finance from UAB Collat School of Business and a B.S. in Physics from Rhodes College.
