Kimberly Speights, CPA, PMP has a strong and diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kimberly started their career as an Accounting Manager at H.G. Fenton Company in 1989 and served in that role until 1993. Kimberly then moved to True Cast Concrete/Quikrete and worked as a Controller from 1993 to 2000. In 2000, they became self-employed and worked as an Independent Consultant until 2005.

In 2005, Kim joined Rexel USA and held multiple roles over the years. Kimberly started as an Independent Consultant and transitioned to a Senior System Software Engineer from 2013 to 2018. Kimberly then moved to a Tax Technology Manager position from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Tax Manager, focusing on Technology & Exemption Compliance. Currently, they hold the position of Tax Director, overseeing the same area of expertise.

Kimberly attributes their qualifications to their CPA and PMP certifications, which have helped their excel in the tax and technology fields.

Kimberly Speights, CPA, PMP completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting at Stephen F. Austin State University from 1984 to 1987. Kimberly later pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi from 2014 to 2015. In 1991 to 1992, they attended San Diego State University to study Information Technology, although they did not obtain a degree in that field.
