Matthew Elders

Matthew Elders is a seasoned procurement leader with extensive experience in purchasing and inventory management across multiple states, currently serving as the Branch Procurement Leader at Rexel USA since May 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing stock and flow purchasing, forecasting, sales analysis, and supplier relations. Matthew has managed procurement for key projects such as the Cameron LNG and Calcasieu Pass LNG Projects. Previous experience includes a role as a Drilling Operations Coop at LUKOIL, where an ERP database was developed for Romania's offshore production rig, and a Project Management Intern position at Balkan Energy Company, contributing to operations at a power generation plant in Ghana. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Houston and completed coursework in Supply Chain Management at the University of North Texas at Dallas.
