Ruslan Hutsaliuk has been a back end developer at Rexsoft since 2014, where they have been working with Laravel, Salesforce.com, Wordpress, and MODX Evolution. Ruslan is an expert in MODX Evolution development, tweaks, and custom development, as well as custom solutions with MODX Framework API and website migrations to CMS MODX Evo. Ruslan has also been a freelance fullstack developer since 2010.

Ruslan Hutsaliuk attended Khmelnitsky Polytechnic College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Specialist service to computer systems and networks degree in the field of Computer intellectual systems and networks.
