rexx systems – Get more!

rexx systems stands for user-friendly, highly scalable software for customers of any size and in any sector. It is used in more than 30 countries and in all common languages.

The outstanding increases in efficiency and technology reliability achieved by our software solutions in the areas of recruiting, talent management and human resources speak for themselves. Based on the concept of customising and networking complex workflows, the rexx systems software ensures simplified processes and efficient collaboration – whether for carrying out regular routine tasks or providing support for complex projects.

rexx systems sees itself as an integrated solution provider – from initial consultation, through implementation to the operation. If desired, we even take over the maintenance of our software in our highly secure data centre as software-as-a-service or “in the cloud”.

Together with our subsidiary company, HRexcellent, rexx systems offers comprehensive and flexible services such as “business process outsourcing” (BPO) – from operational activities such as the digitalisation of paper applications or personnel files right up to end-to-end application management.

rexx systems is wholly self-financed and has been completely independent since its founding in 2000. The company is in the private hands of its founder and managing partner Norbert Rautenberg. Leading employees are also shareholders.

rexx systems was honoured as one of the 50 fastest growing technology companies at the Deloitte Fast 50 Awards in 2017 as well as in 2016, 2012 and 2011.

More than 3.000 customers and users in 30 countries place their trust in rexx systems, the leading provider of "made-in-Germany" Recruitment, HR and Talent Management software.
