James Sadusky

James Sadusky is an experienced architectural and construction professional, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Residential Construction and Sales at Reybold Group since June 2018. As the owner of Dream Drafters since January 2010, James specializes in designing custom residential homes and various commercial spaces. Previously, James held key roles such as Director of Forward Planning and Product Development at Lennar and Manager of Product Development at CalAtlantic Homes, overseeing architectural coordination for numerous communities across multiple states. James also gained valuable experience as Principal Designer/Project Supervisor at Massimo Custom Builders and previously trained as an Architect Apprentice at NKJ Architects. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Philadelphia University and continued studies in Architecture at Penn State Abington and the Center for Architecture in Philadelphia.
