Jonathan Loates

Jonathan Loates currently serves as Marketing Operations Manager at Rezcomm, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this, Jonathan was a Performance Marketing and CRM Executive at The Troy Group, where responsibilities included integrating CRM systems for over 20 businesses. Jonathan gained substantial experience as a Digital Marketing Executive at Applegate Marketplace Ltd, where a new CRM (HubSpot) was introduced and marketing campaigns were developed for a dataset exceeding 40,000 contacts. Jonathan’s career began with an apprenticeship as an Email Marketing Assistant after completing a traineeship, and earlier experience includes a role as a Retail Assistant at Suit Direct. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Management from the University of Plymouth, completed in July 2022.
