Customer Support Manager, North America at Rezdy

Tyler Millar has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 at AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand as a Jump Operator, then progressing to become a Jump Master from 2015 to 2016. From June 2016 to October 2016, Tyler worked as a Jump Master at AJ Hackett International. Afterwards, Tyler joined AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand again as a Jump Controller (Operations Supervisor) from December 2016 to November 2018. In 2019, Tyler became a Tour Guide at Auckland Scenic Tours, and in 2020, Tyler transitioned to Haka Educational Tours as a Tour Account Manager. Currently, Tyler works at Rezdy, starting as a Customer Care Specialist in October 2020, then progressing to become a Customer Care Team Lead from November 2021 to July 2022. Currently, Tyler holds the position of US Customer Care Manager at Rezdy.

Tyler Millar attended Orewa College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their NCEA Level 3. Following that, from 2012 to 2013, they attended QRC and obtained a Diploma in Adventure Tourism Business Management.
