Reza Dadashi has been designing and building custom homes in Southern California since 1984. In four decades, Rezidential Development has completed over $350M in residential construction across some of the region's most technically demanding sites — oceanfront lots requiring 30-foot caissons, hillside parcels with massive bedrock excavation, and four-story structures on post-tension slabs with steel moment frames.
The portfolio spans single custom homes to 99-home master-planned communities, luxury condominiums, and international projects. Project values range from $3M to $26M+.
What distinguishes this firm is the integration of architecture and construction under one roof. What gets designed gets built — by the same team, managed personally by Reza from permit through handoff. There is no handoff between architect and contractor. There is no gap where the project gets lost.
If the site is structurally complex, that is where Rezidential Development is most useful.
