Danny Henry

Danny Henry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and business management. After serving as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from 2017 to 2023, they currently hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Nortek Data Center Cooling and General Manager of The Heat Group at Reznor LLC. Danny earned a Master of Business Administration from Olin Business School in 2017 and previously graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. They also served in the U.S. Army, where they held various leadership roles, including Company Commander and Brigade Plans Officer.
