Arv Natarajan

Arv Natarajan currently serves as the Head of Product, Search and Product Discovery at Rezolve Ai since March 2025. Prior to this role, Arv held multiple positions at GroupBy Inc. from November 2016 to March 2025, culminating in the role of Director, Product, where responsibilities included leading a team of nine Product Managers and Designers for a SaaS platform generating approximately 20 million ARR, establishing product vision and strategy, and creating a structured career development path for Product Managers. Arv has also contributed as Director, Client Services, Operations Manager, and Customer Solutions Manager at GroupBy. Previous experience includes various roles at Worley, including Assistant to the Group Managing Director, Proposal Manager, and Senior Marketing & Research Coordinator, highlighting a strong background in project delivery, strategy implementation, and operational best practices. Arv holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University and completed an Immersive Web Development Bootcamp at Lighthouse Labs in 2016.
