James Goodwin

James Goodwin is an experienced audit and compliance professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit and Compliance at Rezolve Ai since March 2020, James previously held significant roles such as Head of Internal Audit at Smith & Nephew from 2000 to 2013 and SVP and Group Head of Audit and Risk at IHS Towers from 2014 to August 2019. Early in the career, James worked as Deputy to the Internal Auditor at The AA and progressed from Audit Manager to Transaction Support at PwC, where training began with Deloitte Haskins and Sells. James has developed expertise in ERP systems, IT security, and risk management while contributing to notable projects, including various privatizations and transaction supports.
