Joanna Blackshaw is a CIMA qualified finance leader who currently serves as the Group Financial Controller at Rezolve Ai. With a track record of delivering commercial impact in dynamic environments, Joanna has previously worked as a Financial Controller at DNEG, where they led an international team and drove significant cash retention during challenging market conditions. Their career also includes an Assistant Financial Controller role at Overbury, where Joanna enhanced financial management practices and achieved notable improvements in working capital and team performance. Joanna holds a BA (Hons) in Fashion Design Technology and has completed the ICAEW Finance Leadership programme.
