Maysam Nabavi

Maysam Nabavi is an experienced finance professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the VP of Finance and Group Head of M&A at Rezolve Ai since September 2025, Maysam previously held the position of Director of Corporate Development and M&A at Blackhawk Network from January 2022 to September 2025. Prior roles include M&A and Corporate Development at Altus Group, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Kew Media Group, and M&A Transaction Advisory Services Manager at Deloitte. Maysam also acquired extensive experience in M&A Transaction Advisory Services and Financial Services Audit during a tenure at KPMG UK from October 2009 to June 2017. Maysam holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Leeds, which was completed in 2007.
