Mike Gavich

Mike Gavich currently serves as VP of Engineering at Rezolve Ai, beginning in March 2025. Previously, Mike held the same title at GroupBy Inc. from October 2021 to March 2025, where leadership in technology innovation led to a successful acquisition by Rezolve Ai. At Statys Tech, from July 2020 to October 2021, Mike built a comprehensive engineering organization that delivered a market-ready product utilized by numerous clients globally. Prior roles include Director of IT Infrastructure, Operations and Security at Bond Brand Loyalty, where an enterprise IT strategy transformed the organization into a revenue-generating service, and Director of IT Operations & Infrastructure at Acuity Ads Inc., where Mike implemented effective DevOps practices during significant platform expansions. Mike’s career began in various IT roles in public and private sectors from 1990 to 2004. An alumnus of the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics, Mike holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, earned between 1989 and 1995.
