Molly Hammar

Co-Founder and Member of the Board of Directors at Rezora

Molly Hammar has a long and varied career in user experience design. Molly began in 1999 as a Human Factors Engineer at Broadbase Software, where they started the User-Centered Design (UCD) group and educated executive, product management, and development teams about UCD processes and usability testing methods. In 2001, they became the Owner of Acclaro Design, Inc., a cooperative of consultants who come together to offer the right skills for every project. In 2004, they moved to Local Matters, Inc. as a Senior Interaction Designer. In 2008, they became a User Experience Consultant at IHS, and in 2009 they Co-Founded and became a Member of the Board of Directors at Rezora. In 2017, Molly began working as a UX Researcher at Adecco at Google, and in 2018 they became a UX Manager, UX Research Manager, and Senior User Experience Researcher at Google.

Molly Hammar obtained a BA in Science, Technology, and Society from Pomona College between 1990 and 1994. Molly then went on to receive a Certificate in Information Design from Bentley University between 2001 and 2008.
