Dale Quayle is the current Chief Executive Officer at RF Code and was previously the Board Chairman at Univa. Dale has also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Digital Fuel, a divestiture of VMWare.

Dale has over 25 years of experience in the software industry. Dale began their career as a software engineer and quickly rose through the ranks to become a product development executive. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and releasing several software products that are now industry standards.

In 2011, Dale was recruited to serve on the board of directors for Univa, a leading provider of workload management solutions. Dale served as the chairman of the board for nine years before stepping down in 2020.

Under Dale's leadership, Univa grew from a small startup to a publicly traded company with a market capitalization of over $1 billion. During their tenure, Dale helped Univa navigate through several difficult challenges, including the Great Recession and the competitive threat posed by Docker containers.

In 2017, Dale was approached by a private equity firm to take over the reins of Digital Fuel, a divestiture of VMWare. Dale successfully transitioned the company from a company-owned division to an independent leader in the ITFM space. Dale built credibility with customers, partners and industry analysts and sold Digital Fuel to Apptio in Feb. 2018.
