Meghan Goddin

Meghan Goddin is the current Operations & Manufacturing Manager at RF Code. Meghan has held this position since September of 2017 and their responsibilities include overseeing activities related to quoting, customer on-boarding, supply chain and vendor management, production and shipment of goods.

Before taking on their current role, Meghan served as the Sr. Director of Operations at RF Code from January of 2022 to September of 2017. In this role, they were responsible for managing the sales operations, manufacturing and fulfillment teams. Additionally, they served as the internal manager for all sales contracts, working with customers and counsel to ensure proper structure of deals. During their time as Sr. Director of Operations, Meghan also designed, built and managed the implementation of a contracts database, digitizing and indexing more than a decade's worth of paper records.

Meghan is also an experienced Salesforce.com administrator and they used this expertise to design and manage the implementation of a robust multidimensional quoting tool as well as Service Cloud. In addition to their work with Salesforce.com, Meghan also spearhead the effort to automate RF Code's financial forecasting using Adaptive Insights. This work included collaborating with the Sr. Director of Finance to design and implement a 5-year rolling cash forecast which ended up reducing the number hours required for monthly forecasting by 75%.
