Gregory Duran

Gregory Duran has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Gregory started their career in the United States Army as a Senior Satellite Communications Repairman. After that, they worked for MCI Corporation as a Facilities Engineer/Terminal Technician, where they maintained HVAC systems, DC Power Plants, and emergency generators. Gregory then progressed to a Supervisor/Technical Team Lead role where they oversaw the installation and maintenance of fiber optics and voice/data networks. Duran later joined Verizon, initially as a Telecommunication Specialist III, responsible for maintaining local-switch facilities and tracking customer service issues. Gregory then worked at Bright House Networks as a Network Operations Field Supervisor, managing the technical operations of a team supporting service delivery and service assurance practices. Duran's experience also includes working at Goodman Networks as an RF Field Service Technician III, performing RF data benchmark testing for analysis and design development of macro environments. Gregory has also held positions at Dewberry/American Tower Corp. as a DAS Foreman, supervising contractors for the AT&T Expansion project at the Daytona International Speedway, and at RF Connect as an RF Field Engineer, responsible for project deployment engineering and maintenance of communication systems. Overall, Duran possesses a wide range of technical expertise and experience in the telecommunications field.

Gregory Duran's education history includes an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Management from Southern College, which they obtained starting in 1993. Prior to that, in 1978 and 1979, they attended U.S. Army Fort Gordon Military College and received a Diploma in Satellite Communications Repairman.

In addition to their formal education, Gregory Duran has obtained various certifications throughout their career.
