R&F Engineering, Inc. was founded in 2022 by Mike Rossiter, PE and Chris Fritz, PE to provide civil engineering services focused on water resources and flood control projects. Mr. Rossiter and Mr. Fritz have a combined 35 years of professional experience and have worked together for the past 13 years. R&F Engineering, Inc. serves numerous public agencies throughout California from our office location in Roseville, CA.
