Dan Bufanda

Dan Bufanda has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and operations industry. Dan currently holds the position of National Director of Operations and Supply Chain at RF Industries, Ltd. since August 2022. From 2019 to 2022, they served as Vice President at JQL Technologies Corporation. Prior to that, they worked at RFS (Alcatel Lucent) from 2014 to 2019, where they held the role of Director of Sales - Channels, Enterprise, Canada/GM RFS Ferrocom. From 1997 to 2014, they were the Director of Manufacturing/Operations & GM RFS Ferrocom at Radio Frequency Systems. Before joining RFS, they worked as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at Andrew Corporation from 1989 to 1997. Dan started their career as a Design Engineer at Crown Products in 1986 and later worked as a Design Engineer at Crown Machine Division from 1986 to 1987.

Dan Bufanda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanics and Materials from Michigan Technological University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Dan later pursued higher education and obtained an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completing their studies between 1990 and 1993.
