Greg Regan

Greg Regan began their work experience in 1985 as a Process/Manufacturing Engineer at EG&G Corporation. In 1988, they moved to IXYS Corporation (CP Clare Corp.) as a Packaging Engineering Manager. In 1996, they joined Skyworks Solutions (Alpha Industries) as a Principal Packaging Engineer. In 2001, they were hired by Telephotonics, Inc. for the same role. Finally, in 2002, they were hired by RF Integration Inc as a Principal Packaging Engineer/Operations Manager, a role they have held until present.

Greg Regan attended University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1979 to 1984, where they earned a BS in Chemical Engineering. Greg then attended Northeastern University from 1986 to 1988, studying Semiconductor Science and Microelectronics. Greg returned to Northeastern University from 1988 to 1990 to pursue Technology Management.
