Brendan Conrad

Brendan Conrad has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Brendan was a Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma, where they focused on Shakespeare performance projects. From 2011 to 2014, they also worked as a Counselor at Kanakuk Ministries, where they interacted with children and was involved in their daily activities. In 2016, Brendan joined Fuse3 Solutions as a Sr. Business Development Manager, where they successfully built a technical recruiting division. Brendan then worked at Paycom as a Technical Recruiter and later as a Technical Recruiting Team Lead, identifying and hiring top talent for the company's technology teams. In 2019, Brendan became an Upper School Teacher at the Classical School of Wichita, teaching subjects like Medieval Literature/History, Writing, and Bible until 2022. In 2021, they worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Respond Flow, and in 2022, they became an Independent Consultant at Conrad Consulting, LLC. Currently, Brendan is working as an Oracle SCM Cloud Business Analyst at RF-SMART. Additionally, they have worked as a Content Developer and Recruiting Consultant at RadVine Marketing, where they had the opportunity to tell stories about real people running businesses.

Brendan Conrad completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and Cultural Studies from the University of Oklahoma from 2009 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Master of Philosophy degree in American Literature (United States, Canada, the Caribbean, and Central and South America) at Trinity College Dublin, which they completed from 2014 to 2015.
