Jay Walker

Hardware Support Engineer at RF-SMART

Jay Walker began their work experience in 2000 at Sterilite Corporation, where they held multiple roles as an Operator, Floor Handler, and Material Handler until 2006. At Randstad, they worked as an Operator from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2015, Jay worked at Bose Corporation, starting as a Machine Operator and later progressing to roles such as Team Lead and Associate. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at LeaderQuest - Jacksonville as an Instructor/Mentor and also served as a Contract Instructor during a short period in 2019. Jay then joined ACI Learning in 2020 as an Instructor/Mentor until 2021. Currently, Jay is working as a Hardware Support Engineer at RF-SMART, starting in 2021.

Jay Walker pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the Instructor Recognition - 10 Classes Delivered from Learn on Demand Systems in March 2021.
