Jenny Barth

Jenny Barth's work experience begins in 2000 as a Division 1 student-athlete at the University of North Florida, where they participated in collegiate sports until 2004. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at Campus Outreach Florida. Jenny then joined the University of North Florida again in 2010, where they held various roles including Assistant Director of Academic Support and Associate Director Academic Support. Jenny also served as an Adjunct Professor, creating course curriculum for student development. Most recently, in 2022, they started working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at RF-SMART.

Jenny Barth obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications from the University of North Florida, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Athletic Administration at the same university from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Jenny has obtained several certifications, such as Talent Sourcing, Align Recruiting with Job Requirements, Creating a Top Talent Program, Hiring an Employee for Managers, Interviewing Techniques, and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn, all obtained in September and October 2022.
