Joe A.'s work experience starts in 2014 with Netsmart Technologies, where they began as a Technical Consultant, working directly with healthcare clinics to implement Netsmart TIER clinical healthcare software. Joe designed, created, implemented, and provided user training for software focused on the clinical or financial aspect of a client's healthcare facility. Joe followed best practices and procedures of the software development industry and adhered to all HIPAA regulations.

In 2015, Joe A. transitioned into the role of Delivery Consultant at Netsmart Technologies, aiding in on-site events such as system demos, requirements gathering, and Go-Live events.
