Lincy Thomas

Lincy Thomas, CTAL, is an experienced Lead QA Engineer currently at RF-SMART, a division of ICS, since August 2009. In this role, Lincy has led diverse teams, enhancing collaboration among Product Owners and Developers while ensuring effective communication and alignment of efforts. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Software QA Engineer, where comprehensive test plans were developed, and guidance was provided to QA analysts, alongside an initial role as a QA Engineer responsible for establishing quality assurance processes. Lincy's career began at Global Infonet Inc. as a QA Tester, focusing on defect management and the execution of detailed test plans. Lincy's educational background includes a Computer Software Test Professional certification from STC Technologies in Kerala, India, and a Professional Diploma in Computer Engineering. Recently, Lincy is furthering education at General Assembly from February to June 2024.
