Ryan Silcox

Ryan Silcox has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Ryan started their career as an Application Developer at RF-SMART in 2007 before transitioning to the role of Technical Consultant in 2010. During this time, Ryan engaged with customers to analyze and develop solutions to meet their varying needs. Ryan also played a crucial role in improving the efficiency of their day-to-day business operations.

In 2012, Ryan was promoted to the position of Senior Technical Consultant, where they continued to provide insights and valuable information to customers. Ryan actively collaborated with their colleagues and mentored them to enhance the overall development strength of the organization. Ryan held this role until 2015 when they became the Manager of Technical Consultants in the Dynamics AX department. Before joining RF-SMART, Ryan gained valuable experience as a Support Analyst at CSX Technology. This role served as an internship, where they provided support to field staff, conducted QA during development cycles, and created user documentation for software being developed.
