Previously, Tyler held various roles at Mortenson, culminating as a Supply Chain-Equipment Specialist, where they developed an Oracle-based rental software and significantly increased customer satisfaction. Tyler also gained valuable experience at Herc Rentals, managing territory sales and overseeing operations to enhance customer engagement and streamline processes. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Maryland in 2014. In their spare time, Tyler enjoys outdoor activities and fostering rescue animals with their fiancé.
