Ben Duncan

Ben Duncan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ben began their career as a Data Entry Clerk at Northamptonshire Country Council in 2008. Ben then worked as a Cocktail Bartender at Hakamou from 2011 to 2012. Following that, they held the role of Senior Consultant at Pytec from 2012 to 2015, where they focused on IT and Digital Marketing recruitment. Ben then worked as an Account Manager at TechNET IT Recruitment Ltd from 2015 to 2016. After that, they returned to Pytec as a Senior Consultant from 2016 to 2017, continuing their recruitment work in the IT and Digital Marketing industries. Ben then joined Six Degrees Group as an Internal Recruiter from 2017 to 2019, where they implemented new processes and improved the interview process. In 2019, they worked briefly as a Cloud Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cloudreach before joining RFA as an Internal Recruiter. Ben is currently working as the Lead Recruiter at RFA, where they are responsible for recruiting IT, financial cloud, and cyber-security professionals.

Ben Duncan attended Northampton College from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued A-Levels in Business Studies, Photography, and Film Studies. Prior to that, they studied at Roade School Sports College from 2006 to 2008, completing their GCSE education.
