Ajay Kumar

Ajay Kumar has a solid work experience in human resources. Ajay started their career as an HR intern at Visakhapatnam Steel Plant in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an HR intern at NTPC before joining Afcons Infrastructure Limited as a Human Resources Officer. Throughout 2016-2019, Ajay served as a Senior Executive and later as an Assistant Manager in HR at Sembcorp Energy India Limited. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, starting from March 2021.

Ajay Kumar completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Sri Raja Rajeswari Engineering College from 2008 to 2012. Ajay then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2012 to 2014 at the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
