    * RURAL TV, LLC – Operates an international cable TV network in the UK with approximately 9 million subscribers on BSkyB and Freesat.  RMG is in discussions with operators to launch RURAL TV in countries including Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Ireland and Canada.
