Kevin Ma is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Diversis, an institutional private equity fund focused on software and tech buy-outs, where they have raised over $1.2 billion across funds since its inception in 2013. In addition to their role at Diversis, Kevin serves as a board member for several companies, including Marketron and Tempo Software, and holds positions as Chairman of the Board for organizations such as Form.com and InductiveHealth Informatics. Kevin has also been active in the boardroom for companies like PureCars and Black Box Intelligence™. Currently, Kevin is pursuing a BSE in Economics and a BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
