Paul Munro

Paul Munro is an experienced independent director and chair, specializing in audit and risk governance across various sectors, including NZX listed companies and large private businesses. Currently, Paul serves as the Director and Audit & Risk Chair at Scales Corporation and participates as an Independent Member on the API Council for Payments NZ. With a significant history of leadership roles, Paul has also chaired committees for entities such as New Zealand King Salmon and EA Networks. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Canterbury.
