Acquire new assets, asset-light. You select the equipment and negotiate with your vendor — you know your technical requirementsbest. We handle the credit assessment, execute the Master Rental Agreement, and pay the vendor on delivery. You pay rentals over the term, and at the end you can return, re-rent, or retain the asset by purchasing it.
Unlock funds from assets you already own. Sale & leaseback converts existing equipment into working capital without disrupting operations, while you continue using the asset.

The financial effect matters as much as the cash. Operating lease structures strengthen ratios like Debt/Equity, ROE and ROCE, keep liabilities off the books under iGAAP-compliant treatment, and preserve your existing borrowing capacity for growth financing rather than equipment purchases.
