An experienced healthcare attorney who spent the last ten years prior to founding RFM Legal at Los Angeles’ largest healthcare law firm and forming a national healthcare management services organization, Farooq has developed a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry with a specialized focus on medical-legal issues. In addition to representing both healthcare providers on regulatory compliance, transactional, and litigation matters, Farooq has extensive experience defending investigations on behalf of providers and medical finance companies in the personal injury, worker’s compensation, and private insurance industries.

Farooq has also successfully structured transactions and secured victories for his clients including physicians, medical practices, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging facilities, medical finance companies, hospitals, and management services organizations.
