Leo then became the Sport Partnerships Manager at Right To Play, where they created and delivered partnerships in the sports industry.

Leo's next role was as a Commercial Acquisitions Manager at The Football Association, where they secured major sponsorship deals. Leo then moved to the Virgin Racing Formula E Team, first as a Senior Business Development Manager and later as the Head of Business Development. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and expanding the team's commercial proposition and securing partnerships with global brands.

Leo's most recent experience includes roles at RFRSH and BLAST, two prominent esports companies. At RFRSH, they were the Head of Commercial Solutions and Strategy, shaping the commercial strategy for the esports company. At BLAST, they held several roles, including Commercial Director and Vice President - Commercial, where they focused on developing commercial appeal and partnerships.
