Better systems, better places.

RFS is on a mission to support the creation of beautiful, sustainable, and resilient places. Our work is rooted in the people-first ethos engineered by RFS founder Bruce Shumway, whose 50-year legacy of honesty and practical creativity is the backbone of our company culture, which encourages every team member to ask, “How can we do better?”.

Core services include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection (MEP/FP), technology, structural, and civil engineering, as well as sustainability and energy consulting, lighting design, and MEP commissioning.
