RFS Group is a specialist investment bank operating at the intersection of capital and critical infrastructure.

We advise and finance businesses across three of the most strategically vital sectors of the modern economy — data centers, infrastructure, and defence technology. In an era defined by digital sovereignty, energy resilience, and national security, these are not niche markets. They are the backbone of how nations compete and how economies function.

Headquartered in Stockholm, with offices in Vienna and Helsinki, we combine Nordic precision with a global reach — bringing deep sector expertise and a rigorous, execution-focused approach to every mandate, whether that is raising growth capital, structuring a transaction, or advising on a strategic sale.

Where capital meets critical infrastructure.
