Ray Feeney founded RFX Inc in 1978 and served as the Founder, Owner, and President. Through RFX, they pioneered and implemented new technologies in the film industry, many of which became industry standards. RFX also became one of the first resellers of Silicon Graphics computer systems. In 1995, Feeney launched Silicon Grail, where they again served as Founder, Owner, and President. Silicon Grail developed RAYZ software for digital compositing in feature films. In 2002, Apple Computer acquired the technologies from Silicon Grail. Before RFX Inc, Feeney was associated with Robert Abel & Associates from 1975 to 1978.
Ray Feeney earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Caltech between 1971 and 1975.
