Andrew Weaver

Andrew Weaver has a diverse background with over 17 years of experience in operations and project management across various industries. Serving as Vice President of Operations at Hanover Lantern from November 2021 to December 2022, Andrew previously held multiple roles, including Global Product Manager and Lean Transformation Champion, at Adhesives Research, Inc. from February 2015 to November 2021. Andrew's earlier experience includes positions at MARKON Inc. as a Senior Associate and Security Specialist, along with significant tenure at Lockheed Martin as a Program Manager and Project Manager. Andrew began a career in engineering as an intern at Lockheed Martin after earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University in 2004.
